Overview

Property in Practice is the magazine of the Law Society's Property Section. It includes features, comment and practical guidance on all areas of commercial and residential property law, as well as related fields including planning, surveying and land registration.

It is published quarterly with issues in March, June, September and December, and offers 2 hours' CPD per issue which can be ontained by taking an online quiz based on the content of each issue.

Property Section members receive a free copy of each issue, plus four free webinars (worth £140), regular e-newsletters including commentary by Peter Reekie, and discounts off related Law Society Publishing titles and Law Society events.
