David Burrows is a solicitor advocate, writer, and trainer specializing in family and child law. With a career spanning decades, he has established himself as a prominent figure in the legal field. Burrows is renowned for his contributions to legal literature, notably as a founding contributor to Family Court Practice (‘Red Book’), and his extensive writing for esteemed journals such as Family Law, New Law Journal, and the ICLR blog. He serves as editor and sole author of the monthly case law summary, Bloomsbury Family Law Briefing. Burrows' expertise extends across all levels of court, including the House of Lords, where he has represented clients with proficiency.
