About the Author
Christopher Sykes is a solicitor, partner and co-founder of Sykes Anderson Perry. He specialises in UK commercial and high value residential property, leasehold enfranchisement and commercial contracts. He is also a member of the Association of Leasehold Enfranchisement Practitioners (ALEP).
