Michael Culver, founder and managing director of Culver Law Ltd, has been on the Court of Protection’s panel of professional deputies for over six years. As well as being a full accredited member of Solicitors for the Elderly, he is a full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and the Association of Contentious Trust and Probate Specialists. Michael is also a Chartered Tax Adviser and a member of the Association of Taxation Technicians.
