About the editors:
Hugh Rowan is a commercial chancery barrister at Serle Court with a specialism in property law, and a particular focus on real property, enfranchisement, and residential and commercial landlord and tenant, as well as commercial and company disputes.
Ian Quayle qualified as a solicitor and had 12 years’ experience in private practice, specialising in residential and commercial property transactions. Since becoming a full-time training consultant, he has delivered over 3,000 property law training courses.
