About the Author
Hugo Lodge is a barrister at 2BR in London, attorney in the Cayman Islands and former DIFC advocate. He specialises in regulatory law and targeted financial sanctions. Hugo acts in serious and organised crime cases and has expertise in AML and the related fields of counter proliferation finance and counter financing of terrorism. Hugo is an active member of the Financial Services Lawyers Association (FSLA) and has worked with the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), helping establish the Office for Professional Body Anti-Money Laundering Supervision (OPBAS).
